Morse Code translator for capitalized and lowercase syntax

This translator decrypts a combination of capital and lowercase letters in order to form text. It decrypts it using the Morse Code system which each letter is a combination of "longs" and "shorts". A "short" in this case is a lowercase letter, and a "long" is an uppercase letter
